Policies and Procedures
Students may register by mail, phone, or website and a return phone call will confirm acceptance from blueway art alliance. Registration confirmations will be sent via snail mail once registration is processed.
Classes are open to students at any level or expertise unless otherwise specified in the course description. Reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities may be provided in studio classes, on request, if it is readily achievable and does not require a fundamental alteration in the nature of the program.
Registrations are processed in order of receipt. To enroll, please fill out the registration form on-line and include full tuition for each class.

Material fees will be charged for classes requiring extra studio supplies.Fees are based on materials used in each class, and are in addition to supplies that you may need to bring to class. Materials fees are collected before or on the first day of the workshop. Fees may be less or greater than the range indicated below depending on the class.
Drawing/Painting $10 – $75 Photography $10 – $50
Cancellation and Refund Policies
blueway art alliance reserves the right to cancel any class that is under-subscribed and, in such a case, guarantees a full refund of tuition.Tuition, less 20% of total cost, will be refunded if blueway art alliance is notified of a withdrawal thirty days prior to the start of class. If you cancel your registration less than thirty days before the start of your class, your entire payment will be forfeited.
A $25 processing fee will be charged for all transfers or modifications to workshop registrations. Blueway does not provide housing for students but a list of places to stay is available here.
